POWER-GATE Solid State Relay
POWER-GATE breakers are MOSFET-based unidirectional relays programmed and tailored specifically to your circuit breaking requirements. Parameters for inrush current, delays, timers, and logic are flashed to the integrated microcontroller that monitors the process. When the “breaking” setpoint is achieved, the device will “open” the circuit shutting down the load.
